- Fordham University will not be held responsible for any damages to, or loss of locker contents. This includes break-ins or theft. Valuables left in your locker are left at your own risk.
- Any item not secured in a locker will be discarded. This include items left on top or beside a locker, and/or any item left unsecured in the locker room.
- The assigned locker is for your use only and NOT to be shared. You may not give the combination to any other person.
- You may not use locks other than the one that is school-issued. Non-school-issued locks will be clipped.
- You may not trade locks or lockers with other students. Once you have reserved a locker, you may NOT request a change in a different location of the building.
- Damage to the lock or locker will result in the loss of your locker privileges. You are not allowed to place any type of adhesive, postings, stickers, nails, or thumb tacks on front doors or inside of lockers. Students may be subject to a damage fee for any damage to the locker.
- Access to the locker will only be permitted to the student to whom the locker is registered. Valid proof of student ID will be required.
- In order to perform routine or emergency repairs/maintenance of your locker, the Office of Student Affairs may need to access your locker and will make every effort to contact you before such access. In emergency cases, the Office of Student Affairs may access your locker without permission.
- You will have the use of your reserved locker until you graduate and must empty your locker in accordance with the following schedule: September / February graduate: Locker must be emptied no later than a week after the February New York Bar Exam. May graduate: Locker must be emptied after the administration of the July New York Bar Exam. The exact deadline for clean-out will be announced during the Spring semester of your graduation year. Student taking a leave of absence, withdrawing, visiting or exchange: Locker must be emptied within 10 days of de-enrolling from the Law School.
- Any items remaining in your locker in accordance with the schedule listed above or after the announced date for clean-out will be removed and discarded.
- Lockers are available only to in-person, enrolled Fordham Law School students; any unauthorized use of this system or lockers will result in the removal from the system and of the locker contents.
